As BeSci increases in popularity in the industry, many are wondering what the best practices are when applying scientifically validated frameworks and principles to their challenges. Many clients think BeSci is simply heuristics and biases, or even nudges, but in reality, BeSci goes much deeper than that. When its application is understood and executed rigorously, its impact is priceless.
With numerous years in judgment and decision-making research, Namika Sagara, Ph.D. has presented and applied complex scientific content to day-to-day decisions to various audiences, from C-level executives to junior marketing professionals. Additionally, we host interactive BeSci workshops and send out monthly snippets of BeSci research so that our clients are up to date on the latest research and are able to apply BeSci tactics to improve their communication and solve their business challenges.
Dr. Sagara spearheaded BeSci training in a number of organizations (including both B2B and B2C) and thus built BeSci as a core capability from the ground up within their organizations. In one organization, she enabled more than 30 training sessions across BU within the first year. She has been invited to present in various venues in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and has received many recognitions across different industries, such as Pharmaceutical and CPG.
